Biography
Lok was born to the warrior caste of the Janata people some time around MC-985. He was present at the first contact between Old-World explorers and New-world natives in MC-1000. Becoming seperated from his people by a storm immediately after the event, he then spent the next several years travelling with those explorers, later the Duke of Dawngate and his retinue, before ultimately returning to his people to lead the integrationist faction during the Janatan Schism in MC-1008.
Lok participated in the MC-1007 alliance against the Archmage Tegwen, helping prevent her ascension to Lichdom, becoming seriously wounded in the final confrontation with the mad elf.
In MC-1009, Lok was a part of the expedition to the ruined city of Ravana, and participated in the efforts to clear it of the restless dead and corrupted spirits that plagued the ancient home of his people, alongside the Duke of Dawngate and the Champion of the Unnati.
From MC-1009 onwards, Lok has held formost office in the ruling council of the Ravana pact, and has worked to adapt the knowledge and practices of the old-worlders to the ways of his people, encouraging metalworking and incorporating Old-world technology into civillian and military life.
